Im Juli 2017 wurde Microsoft Kaizala vorgestellt. Ähnlich zu WhatsApp sollte Kaizala eine Messenger App für Geschäftskunden sein, mit den Möglichkeiten die Konten und Kommunikation kontrolliert zu verwalten. Im April 2019 führte Microsoft noch eine Kaizala Pro Lizenz mit zusätzlichen Funktionen ein.

Kaizala makes it easy to connect with colleagues, vendors, distributors, partners, and customers using a simple chat interface.
Kaizala lets you send instant messages, Kaizala Actions, and invoices. It also lets you easily schedule work, provide training materials, and send attachments like pictures, documents, videos, audio files, and more. Kaizala enables instant feedback from others about anything you want. With Kaizala Actions, you can send out polls and surveys to thousands of people. Everyone’s responses are automatically aggregated and presented in a readable report.
Jetzt hat Microsoft angekündigt Kaizala wird per 31. August 2023 eingestellt.
Microsoft Kaizala will retire on August 31, 2023. We recommend upgrading to Microsoft Teams for continued connection, sharing, and collaboration. After the retirement date, access and support for Kaizala will be discontinued.
Seit 2019 hat Microsoft die Funktionen von Kaizala Pro in Teams integriert, zuletzt die Möglichkeit externe Personen mit einem privaten Teams Konto über eine Mobilnummer zu kontaktieren.
Organisationen sollten mit Kaizala Benutzerkonten nach Teams wechseln. In FAQs und der Hilfe beantwortet Microsoft manche Fragen und stellt Anleitungen zur Transformation bereit.

Kaizala wurde am 31. August deaktiviert und zeigt nun eine Meldung für den Wechsel zu Teams.
