Für das Microsoft 365 Compliance Center steht erneut eine Umstellung an.
Wer sich erinnert, im November 2022 hat Microsoft die Umstellung vom Office 365 Security und Compliance Center (protection.office.com) auf Microsoft 365 Compliance Center (siehe compliance.microsoft.com) abgeschlossen. Nun wird im Compliance Center vermerkt es handelt sich um ein Purview Compliance Classic Portal. Dieses soll ab Ende 2024 nicht mehr verfügbar sein.
Als Ersatz dient das neue Microsoft Purview Portal unter purview.microsoft.com. Das neue Purview Portal ist seit März in Public Preview und soll bis im September die Public Preview verlassen. In der Dokumentation werden Details über das neue Portal beschrieben.

Im Unterschied zu März hat Microsoft im neuen Purview Portal in der Zwischenzeit viele neue Elemente ergänzt. Gegenüber März führt das Portal bei Elementen für Compliance (Beispiel Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, eDiscovery und mehr) keine Umleitung mehr zum Compliance Classic Portal durch. Die Konfigurationen wurden ins neue Purview Portal überführt.

Das neue Purview Portal soll bis im September global verfügbar sein.
