Ab Juli 2024 hat Microsoft in Teams eine Funktion für automatisches Ausblenden inaktiver Teams Kanäle eingeführt.
Diese Option hat Microsoft für Teams Clients im stabilen Release deaktiviert und passt es auf eine neue Opt-in Methode an. Bei der neuen Methode wird Teams nicht mehr selbständig inaktive Kanäle ausblenden, stattdessen können Benutzer Vorschläge erhalten und diese umsetzen (einmal alle 24 Stunden).
Teams Clients in Public Preview können die neue Opt-in Methode bereits nutzen. Die neue Option ist in den Teams Einstellungen im Abschnitt für Chats und Kanäle unter “Vorschläge zum Ausblenden inaktiver Kanäle”.
Based on Admin feedback, we are updating the behavior for automated hiding of inactive channels to be opt-in (suggestions) only. With this update, Teams will offer users suggestions on channels that are inactive, and the user is prompted to review their inactive channels and hide them only if they choose.
This feature is enabled for Targeted Release, and we will roll out to General Availability later this year in 2025.
