So manch ein Produktzyklus kann bei Microsoft sehr kurz sein. Erst im August wurde für Bing Chat Enterprise verkündet es sei global verfügbar.
Ab sofort ist es mit Bing Chat und Bing Chat Enterprise wieder vorbei.
Bing Chat (für persönliche Microsoft Konten und nicht angemeldete Konten) und Bing Chat Enterprise (für Geschäftskonten) lauten jetzt Copilot. Eventuell war Bing im Namen keine optimale Wahl. Beachte, Copilot Pro ist nicht gleich Copilot for Microsoft 365!
Copilot Pro
Copilot Pro (vormals Bing Chat Enterprise) ist in Microsoft 365 E5, E3, Business Premium, Business Standard Lizenzen inkludiert und vergleichbar mit ChatGPT. Sind Mitarbeitende mit ihrem Geschäftskonto angemeldet nutzt Microsoft die Daten nicht für Analysezwecke oder zur Verbesserung von Copilot.
With Copilot’s commercial data protection, prompts and responses are not saved, Microsoft has no eyes-on access to it, and it’s not used to train the underlying models. What’s more, Copilot is based on the latest OpenAI models, including GPT-4 and DALL-E 3, offering text and image generation capabilities in one unified experience.
Den Chat mit Copilot finden Mitarbeitende neu über die URL copilot.microsoft.com (vormals bing.com/chat) oder über Copilot in Edge. Die Edge Sidebar wurde bereits vor einigen Wochen umbenannt und lautet neu ebenfalls Copilot.
Laut Ankündigung von Microsoft soll Copilot zukünftig im Grossteil der Lizenzpakete inkludiert sein. Ab 1. Dezember wird Copilot auch in F3-Lizenzen verfügbar sein.
Copilot for Microsoft 365
Copilot for Microsoft 365 ist die kostenpflichtige Zusatzlizenz mit automatisierter AI Unterstützung, integriert in verschiedene Produkte, aktuell eingeschränkt auf Organisationen mit Microsoft E3 oder E5 Lizenzen und einer Mindestbestellmenge von 300 Microsoft 365 Copilot Lizenzen.
