Microsoft hat Mitte Januar und am 1. Februar neue Lizenzen eingeführt. Im Februar sind es die im November 2023 erwähnten Intune Add-ons und neu publizierte Lizenzen für Copilot Sales und Copilot Service.

Neue Lizenzen
Copilot for Microsoft 365
Im November 2023 für Enterprise Organisationen mit Microsoft 365 E3 und E5 und einer Mindestbestellmenge von 300 Stück eingeführt hat Microsoft am 15. Januar die Mindestbestelllmenge aufgehoben und die Lizenzanforderung reduziert. Seit Januar können auch Organisationen mit Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Business Standard Copilot for Microsoft 365 bestellen. Die Lizenz kann nur mit einer Jahresbindung bestellt werden und es gibt keine Testversion. Copilot for Microsoft 365 hat die Produkt ID CFQ7TTC0MM8R.
Mittlerweile hat Microsoft auch eine Service Description für das Produkt publiziert.
Copilot for Sales
Per 31. Dezember 2023 wurde die alte Lizenz von Microsoft Sales Copilot entfernt. Seit 1. Februar ist die Lizenz unter dem neuen Namen Copilot for Sales zurück.
Microsoft hat einen Blogartikel über die angepasste Lizenz veröffentlicht und die Dokumentation aktualisiert. Für Kunden mit Copilot for Microsoft 365 Lizenz soll es bei Copilot for Sales ein vergünstigtes Angebot geben.

It eliminates manual data entry and gives sellers more time to focus on selling. Copilot for Sales hat die Produkt ID CFQ7TTC0NSWW. Im Vergleich zur Lizenz aus 2023 ist es eine neue Lizenz. Ob die alte Lizenz verlängert wird sollte überprüft werden.
Copilot for Service
Eine ähnliche Lizenz wurde bereits im November 2023 unter den Namen Microsoft Service Copilot Agent bereitgestellt. Zu dem Zeitpunkt gab es keinerlei Dokumentation. Die Lizenz wurde mit Ende November 2023 wieder entfernt.
Mit 1. Februar wurde Copilot for Service bereitgestellt. Microsoft hat einen Blogartikel über die Lizenz und Dokumentationen veröffentlicht. Für Kunden mit Copilot for Microsoft 365 Lizenz soll es bei Copilot for Service ein vergünstigtes Angebot geben. Die Produkt ID der Lizenz ist CFQ7TTC0NSX1.

Intune Enterprise Application Management
Im November 2023 vorgestellt wurde am 1. Februar Enterprise Application Management für Intune bereitgestellt. Enterprise Application Management gibt es für Organisationen ohne Intune Suite als Add-on, alternativ ist das neue Produkt in der Intune Suite inkludiert. Die Produkt ID des Add-ons ist CFQ7TTC0N400.

Intune Advanced Analytics
Ebenfalls im November 2023 erwähnt ist Intune Advanced Analytics in der Intune Suite Lizenz inkludiert. Advanced Analytics wird für Organisationen ohne Intune Suite seit 1. Februar als Add-on angeboten. Die Produkt ID des Add-ons ist CFQ7TTC0NGGX.

Bei Teams Phone Standard FLW handelt es sich um eine zusätzliche Lizenz für Frontline Workers. Die Lizenz erfordert verschiedene Anforderungen, insbesonders als Basislizenz Microsoft 365 F1, F3 oder Office 365 F3. Eine andere Lizenz wird nicht unterstützt.
Details zur Lizenz hat Microsoft bisher nicht veröffentlicht. Die Dokumentationen wurden noch nicht aktualisiert. Die Produkt ID von Teams Phone Standard FLW ist CFQ7TTC0LH0T.

To access the Teams Phone for Frontline Workers license, your tenant must also be licensed with Microsoft 365 Frontline Worker or Office 365 Frontline Worker licenses. Also, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Frontline Worker licenses can only be assigned to users who meet one or more of the following requirements:
- The user uses a primary device with a single screen smaller than 10.9″.
- The user shares their primary work device with other licensed Microsoft 365 or Office 365 Frontline Worker licensed users, during or across shifts.
- Other licensed Microsoft Frontline Worker users must also use the device as their primary work device.
- Any software or services accessed from the shared device requires the devices or users to be assigned a user license that includes use of those software or services.
Nicht mehr verfügbare Lizenzen
Folgende Lizenzen wurden am 31. Januar entfernt. Es handelt sich bei den Produkten um die alten Microsoft 365 und Office 365 Lizenzen mit Teams. Sie wurden im Oktober 2023 mit neuen Produkten ohne Teams ersetzt. Es gilt für Organisationen im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum.
