Anpassung an Benachrichtigungen für Kommentare in SharePoint Dokumenten

Bearbeitet in SharePoint oder OneDrive jemand gemeinsam mit anderen Personen Dokumente ist es schon länger möglich Kommentare zu hinterlassen. Für den Autor von Dokumenten hat es sich ein wenig geändert.

Bisher erhalten andere Personen Kommentare per Email sobald die Person in einem Word, Excel oder PowerPoint-Dokument mit @mention erwähnt wird. Dies gilt auch für den eigentlichen Autor. Teils möchte ein Autor wissen welche Kommentare in seinem Dokument hinzugefügt werden. Neu erhält ein Autor alle Kommentare, unabhängig ob der Autor mit @mention erwähnt wird. Der Autor hat in jeder Email die Option sich von den Emails abzumelden.
