New Outlook and Outlook on the web can now run spell check automatically when a user selects Send. The setting is off by default and is configured by each user individually.
Outlook on the web and the new Outlook can now show the total item count, rather than the unread count, next to each folder, set per folder via a right-click menu.
The new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web no longer create preview cards for pasted links. Links now appear as regular clickable hyperlinks.

Cross-tenant message recall lets Exchange administrators allow trusted external Microsoft 365 tenants to recall messages sent to their users, extending a capability previously limited to users within the same tenant.
Outlook offers a new Inbox rule condition that lets users automatically sort, categorize, or prioritize messages from external senders.
Planner is now available in Outlook, so users can manage tasks and plans without leaving their inbox.
Outlook Mobile now supports the Follow option for meeting invitations, letting users stay updated on meetings they cannot attend.
Exchange Online administrators can now set a tenant-wide default for the “Use commas as recipient separators” setting in Outlook.
