Ende von FindTime in Outlook

Seit Oktober 2022 wird FindTime in Outlook mit Scheduling Poll ersetzt.

Abhängig zum Release Channel im Outlook Client nutzt du bei dir entweder Scheduling Poll oder noch das alte FindTime. Outlook zeigt den Release Channel unter Datei > Office Konto.

Scheduling Poll

  • Outlook im Web, neues Outlook für Windows und Outlook für Mac
  • Outlook Classic im Release Current Channel (Preview), Current Channel, Monthly Enterprise Channel und Semi-Annual Enterprise Preview Channel

FindTime

  • Outlook Classic im Release Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel. Ab Januar 2024 wird Scheduling Poll verfügbar sein.
  • Outlook Classic im Release Semi-Annual Extended Channel. Ab Juni 2024 wird Scheduling Poll verfügbar sein.

Die Funktion von FindTime wird in KW 50 (zwischen 11. und 17. Dezember 2023) deaktiviert.
Ab dem Zeitpunkt können Outlook Clients das FindTime Add-in nicht mehr zur Erstellung von neuen Umfragen nutzen und müssen warten bis das Update für Scheduling Poll erfolgt. Als Übergangslösung sollen betroffene Personen Outlook im Web einsetzen oder in einen alternativen Release Channel wechseln.
