Grouped options in Teams Meeting

Every meeting in Teams has additional options. The options open during the scheduling in Teams, before the meeting in Teams on the web, or during the meeting directly in the meeting. Over the years, Microsoft has constantly added new options, and there is now a long list of possible options.

Microsoft has now summarized the options in a grouped list. Although it is still a long list, the grouping makes it quicker to jump to the sections you are looking for. The rollout should take place by the end of May.

• Furthermore, after planning the meeting options in Teams on the web (except Safari),
