- Persönliche Tags betreffen nur das aktuelle Benutzerkonto.
- Für das Konto muss ein OneDrive provisioniert sein.
- Persönliche Tags können Mitarbeitende im Schnellzugriff von Microsoft 365 über das erweiterte Menü des Inhalts definieren.

Tagging for commercial users in the Microsoft 365 app for web and desktop
Tagging in the Microsoft 365 and web and desktop apps is a new, intuitive way for commercial users to organize their work independent of where files are stored. Find the new ‚Tags‘ feature in the ‚My Content‘ section of the Microsoft 365 App. This feature is only available to users who have OneDrive provisioned.
Die Tags können Mitarbeitende mit einem OneDrive frei definieren und bei Bedarf mit einer Farbe versehen. Das System speichert einmal erstellte Tags und schlägt sie wieder vor. Jeder Inhalt im Schnellzugriff von Microsoft 365 kann getaggt werden.
Einmal erstellte Tags zeigt das System im Schnellzugriff von Microsoft 365 als Markierung und in „Mein Inhalt„. Es filtert mit dem Tag versehene Inhalte und bestehende Tags können angepasst oder gelöscht werden. Mein Inhalt ist eine erweiterte Übersicht für Inhalte im Schnellzugriff und wurde ab November 2021 eingeführt.
